MED & IT Trading GmbH provides you with liquid funds for your retired, decommissioned, used medical devices for new investments. With our services, we relieve you so that you can focus on your tasks.

Inventory

We also come to you and take stock of your decommissioned equipment with pictures and descriptions. Based on this information, we make you a market-appropriate purchase offer.

(Med & IT Trading GmbH may possibly not carry out an inventory itself / not carry it out for economic reasons due to small quantities or distance. Thank you for your understanding!)

We are happy to make every effort to procure the device you have always wanted. Please share all the details of your request (including the maximum purchase price) with us, and we will try to find a high-quality, affordable solution for you. We may already have the right device in stock or on call!

For almost all of our standard devices, we can help you with used spare parts.

Rental equipment

If you have a short-term need for a device, we can certainly make you an offer tailored to your timing needs - subject to the availability of the desired device.

Leasing / Financing

With our banking partners, we can easily and promptly develop and implement a tailor-made solution for you starting from a value of €5,000 net.

Technology & Service

Warranty

As a rule, end consumers (practicing doctors, etc.) purchase functional devices with a warranty period of three (3) months. A warranty period of up to twelve (12) months for end consumers is possible upon request for most devices. Dealers receive a warranty period of 14 days. Defective, faulty devices, accessories, and consumables are sold without warranty (period).

The warranty period begins at the latest upon receipt of the goods.

On request, we subject the device purchased from us to the legally required inspection at a fair price.

The examination is carried out by a partner from Med & IT Trading who is perfectly trained and qualified for this.

Maintenance & Service

We also offer the corresponding service and maintenance contracts for many devices. Please inquire if needed.

Logistic & Installation

Disassembly and Installations

Within a radius of approximately 400 km, we also carry out de-installations of permanently installed medical technology, such as X-ray Bucky table systems, mammography devices, ceiling-mounted X-ray systems, ceiling supply units, operating room lights, etc., professionally and affordably.

If your system to be dismantled is still marketable, we can possibly offset the value against the dismantling costs.

In addition, thanks to our extensive network, we arrange professional medical-technical dismantlings, as well as the installation of used systems with experienced, trained technicians - throughout Europe.

Proper disposal & relocation of medical technology devices

Together with our technology partners, we support you with the proper disposal of medical technology devices or with the relocation of medical technology equipment.

Shipping service

For the devices purchased from us, we organize secure packaging for transport as well as shipping to the location you desire – and that worldwide! Of course, also for pickup from your location.
