Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a fully automated order shop, as this project is not possible due to

our globally based customers
(calculation of VAT yes/no, creation of customs export documents, etc.)
extensive product portfolio
(from 100g up to over 1 ton/device, device size, packaging requirements)
numerous shipping options
(parcel, express parcel, land/sea/air freight)

would in no way justify a reasonable administrative effort or financial development effort for the shop software.

We want to continue offering you our services and products at a low price.

For this reason, your order will be forwarded to us without charging any applicable VAT and shipping. Please provide us with all necessary billing and delivery information as well as the desired method of shipping. You will then shortly receive our complete offer. We will also be happy to prepare a comparative offer for different shipping methods. Thank you for your understanding!

Transport insurance

For your safety, we ship the goods with our specially concluded transport insurance, which reimburses 100% in the event of damage.
PLEASE REPORT transport damage IMMEDIATELY upon RECEIPT of the goods and have this acknowledged!
The transport insurance is charged at 1% of the purchase price.
